Turkish’s aggression NE Syria puts Amuda power plant out of service

Hasaka, SANA- Amuda power plant in Northeast Syria went out of service as a result of the considerable damage caused by Turkey’s aggression against it on Thursday’s morning.

“significant damage was inflicted on the equipment and facilities of the Amuda power station and its main towers, due to the Turkish occupation aircraft targeting it, which led to it being put out of service”, Director General of Hasaka Electricity Company, Eng. Saleh Idris, told SANA reporter.

Turkish occupation, from time to time, targets the infrastructure in Hasaka province, especially the electricity sector, which has led to many power stations in the areas and countryside of Qamishli, Rmelan and Al-Malikiyah being out of service, depriving citizens of electricity.
