Mikdad: The world is witnessing a resounding fall in values in light of its silence on the Israeli genocidal crimes against the Palestinian people

Damascus, SANA- Foreign and Expatriates Minister, Fayssal Mikdad stressed Saturday The world is witnessing a resounding fall in values in light of its silence on the Israeli genocidal crimes against the Palestinian people

 In a speech delivered via video to the third Voice of Global South Summit (VOGSS) hosted by India, Mikdad added that Western countries that claim respecting human rights have supported that criminal entity which continues its crimes and massacres in the occupied Syrian Golan and occupied Palestine.

 “We must work together to force those countries to stop imposing inhumane unilateral coercive measures that are destroying economies Mikdad said, , adding that the effects of these measures have badly affected people livelihood  in light of the hostile acts by US and its allies against Syria.

The Minister thanked India and the group countries that stood by Syria, asserting Syria’s support for the countries of the South in achieving the goals of sustainable development and achieving security and peace in the region as a whole.
