Mikdad, Ghanaian Foreign Minister discuss strengthening bilateral relations

Damascus, SANA- Foreign and Expatriates Minister, Dr. Fayssal Mikdad received Sunday a phone call from the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration of the Republic of Ghana, Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey, during which they discussed strengthening relations between the two friendly countries.

Botchwey expressed the importance of strengthening ties between Ghana and Syria, noting the interest that her country gives to Syrian citizens residing on its territory.

For his part, Mikdad welcomed all the steps aimed at strengthening relations between the two friendly countries, stressing the importance of coordination and cooperation between Syria and Ghana in international forums and organizations.
