Ministry of Defense: several explosive devices in Daraa countryside dismantled, a drone downed

Daraa,SANA-Units of  Syrian  Arab Army in Daraa countryside dismantled several explosive devices on the side of the road in the towns of Busra al-Harir  in the northeastern countryside of the province , while a border guard unit was also able to shoot down a drone near the Syrian-Jordanian border.

“members of the engineering units of our armed forces operating in the Daraa countryside dismantled several explosive devices camouflaged in the shape of rocks by terrorists, prepared to target passers-by on the side of the road in the towns of Busra al-Harir and al-Muzayrib.” The Ministry of Defense stated in a statement Tuesday.

The statement added: “One of the border guard units was able to shoot down a drone near the Syrian-Jordanian border.”
