Geneva, SANA- Deputy Foreign and Expatriates Minister, Bassam Sabbagh has underlined the necessity of increasing early recovery projects in quantity and quality because of their importance in improving the humanitarian situation in a tangible and sustainable way.

During the meeting, Sabbagh called for supporting the efforts exerted by the Syrian government in the field of the return of displaced Syrians to their homeland.

He highlighted the need to mobilize the necessary financial resources to meet the increasing needs of Syrians due to the severe shortage in funding for the humanitarian response plan.
