Syrian-Algerian talks on cooperation and investment in oil and gas domain

Doha-SANA- Possible cooperation and investment opportunities between Syria and Algeria in the oil and gas sector were the main focus of the discussions held by the Minister of Oil and Mineral Resources, Dr. Firas Kaddour, and Algeria’s Minister of Energy and Mines,Mohamed Arkab.

The talks were conducted on the sidelines of the 12th Arab Energy Conference held in Doha.

The two parties voiced the common desire of both countries to enhance their cooperation in many areas of common interest, and expressed confidence in the possibility of creating diverse cooperation opportunities, and developing joint projects on the ground benefiting from the experiences between the companies concerned in the two countries.
