Cairo, SANA- Egypt condemned in the strongest terms the terrorist attack that targeted the Homs Military Academy during a graduation ceremony for military cadets and left 89 dead and more than 270 injured.
Egypt expressed its sincere condolences and solidarity to the government and people of the brotherly country of Syria, as well as to the families of the victims , Egyptian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Friday.
The ministry reiterated its firm stance against all forms of violence, terrorism and the intimidation of civilians, calling on the international community to intensify its efforts to eradicate terrorism at its roots and dismantle its sources of support and financing.
