Moscow, SANA- Russian President Vladimir Putin met with Democratic People’s Republic of Korea counterpart Kim Jong Un on Wednesday at the Vostochny Cosmodrome, located in the Russian Amur Province.
A reception ceremony for Kim Jong Un took place with the participation of the Chairman of the Intergovernmental Committee of Russia and the DPRK, the Russian Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Alexander Kozlov, and Director of the Department of State Protocol of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Igor Bogdashev, according to RT website.
Putin and Kim toured the base, where they listened to an explanation about the characteristics of Angara rocket.
President Kim Jong Un affirmed in a statement on Tuesday that his visit to Russia affirms that relations with Moscow are a priority for Pyongyang.
