Damascus,SANA-temperatures will drop to become slightly around average in general while it will be from 2 to 4 degrees above average in the eastern regions, al-Jazeera and al Badia as the country is affected by the Indian seasonal low air pressure accompanied by southwestern currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the weather will be moderate between clear to partly cloudy with a chance of rain showers in the coastal and northwestern regions, sometimes accompanied by thunder, while the weather will continue to be hot and cloudy in the eastern regions, al-Jazeera and the Badia.
The winds will be westerly to southwesterly with a low to a moderate speed with some active gusts, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 35 / 19 , Daraa 33 / 17 , Homs 31 / 23 , Tartous 32 / 27, Aleppo 35 / 22 ,Lattakia 32 / 23 .
