Putin: The Ukrainian counterattack has not accomplished any of its tasks

Moscow,SANA- Russian President Vladimir Putin affirmed that the Ukrainian regime forces did not accomplish any of the tasks assigned to them in their counterattack, which began today, by using their strategic reserves.

“With regard to whether (the counterattack) has stumbled or not, we can say that all counterattack attempts that have been made so far have failed, but the offensive capability of the forces of the Kiev regime is still there,” Novosti news agency quoted Putin as saying today.

Putin added “During offensive operations, losses are about three to one, and this is traditional, but troop losses significantly exceed these traditional indicators, I will not recount the numbers now, but they are impressive.”
