Health minister meets his Algerian counterpart in Geneva

Geneva, SANA- Minister of Health, Dr. Hassan al-Ghabbash met Sunday his Algerian counterpart Abdelhak Saihi, in Geneva on the sidelines of the work of the 76th session of the World Health Assembly.

Saihi expressed his pleasure for the resumption of Syria’s participation in the Arab League , “which is considered the result of the relentless efforts made by Algeria, on top President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune , who repeatedly stressed that Syria is a founding member of the Arab League, and it cannot be secluded from its Arab environment”.

For his part, al-Ghabbash pointed out that the historical relations between the two countries and two brotherly people are firm , affirming that Syria seek to boost the bilateral cooperation with Algeria in the domain of Health, in order to achieve the mutual interest for the both sides.
