Damascus, SANA- National Earthquake Center has announced that eight weak tremors were recorded over the past 24 hours.
The center said in a statement that the stations of the National Seismic Monitoring Network recorded at 7:04 a.m. on Wednesday five tremors in Liwa Iskenderun ranging between 1.8 and 3.3 magnitudes on the Richter Scale, as well as two tremors in Turkey with 3.1. and 3.3 magnitudes.
Another tremor was recorded 30 km west of Homs with a magnitude of 2.8, the center added.
