Muscat, SANA- “Today, Israel, the only beneficiary of what happened and is happening in Syria, does not hesitate to bomb residential neighborhoods in the center of the capital, Damascus, with missiles, to exacerbate the Syrian tragedy at a time when news agencies do not talk about any statements of condemnation against the Israeli raids that violate the sovereignty of Arab country, even as a matter of diplomatic courtesy,” Oman newspaper said Monday.
The newspaper emphasized that Syria’s steadfastness in the face of all global challenges and conspiracies over the past decade is clear evidence of the state’s strength and internal cohesion, and the clarity of vision of its institutions that remained loyal to the land, history and people.
The newspaper slammed the position of some Arab countries that left Syria while it has been facing terrorism and plots aimed at weakening the Syrian state and fragmenting it from within in the context of the series of dividing the Arab world, stressing the need for the Arabs to return to Syria and contribute to its stability and reconstruction.
