53 citizens killed in ISIS attack, east of al-Sukhna city, Homs

Homs-SANA – Fifty-three citizens who were collecting truffles were killed in an attack carried out by ISIS terrorists southeast of the city of Al-Sukhna in the eastern countryside of Homs.

“The bodies of 53 martyrs arrived at the hospital, where it was found after examining them that the death was caused by gunshots to the head”, the director of the General Authority of Palmyra National Hospital, Dr. Walid Odeh, stated in a statement to SANA reporter.

One of the survivors told SANA reporter that ISIS members burned citizens’ cars at the site.
