Beirut, SANA- Two planes arrived at Beirut International Airport at dawn on Monday, carrying food and medical humanitarian aid for the earthquake-affected people in Syria, provided by the Libyan people.
The two planes were received by the Chargé d’affaires of the Syrian Embassy in Lebanon, Ali Daghman, who expressed his thanks to the brotherly Libyan people for this humanitarian initiative, hailing the facilitations provided by the Lebanese government in this field.
Meanwhile, Minister of Public Works and Transport in the Lebanese caretaker government, Ali Hamiyah, announced on his Twitter account that humanitarian aid to Syria is still flowing through Beirut International Airport.
