Weapons and ammunition left behind by ISIS terrorists seized in Tariq al-Sad neighborhood, Daraa

Daraa, SANA- Large quantities of weapons and ammunition, some of them western-made, left behind by Daesh ” ISIS” remnants were seized in Tariq al-Sad (Dam Road) neighborhood in Daraa city, according to SANA reporter.

“After establishing control over the entire neighborhood, the engineering units combed it to remove the terrorists’ remnants of weapons, ammunition, explosive devices in an effort to preserve the souls of civilians” a source at the competent authorities told SANA reporter.

“large quantities of various weapons, some of them Western-made, were found, including launchers, machine guns of various calibers, mortars, snipers, various automatic rifles, and large quantities of various ammunition” added.

On Tuesday, a security source announced establishing control over Tariq al-Sad neighborhood in the southern side of Daraa city, after eliminating a number of Daesh “ISIS” terrorists who were fortified there.
