For 55th day in a row, Turkish occupation continues cutting off drinking water in Hasaka

Hasaka, SANA- Turkish occupation and its terrorist mercenaries continue cutting off drinking water in Hasaka city and communities.

“The constant of cutting off water in the Alouk water station, affecting one million people in Hasaka province and the communities,” said Director of Hasaka Water Department, Mahmoud Okla.

 The Turkish occupation continues transgression on the water supply line and the line feeding the Allouk station, and water workshops haven’t been able to enter the station to re-pump water so far, he added.

In the context of the governmental efforts exerted to alleviate the suffering of the people, Okla stated that drinking water is being secured to the people there, as well as supervision of tanks water that is bottled through the Syrian Arab Red Crescent’s branch.
