Damascus, SANA- Administrative Development Ministry and the Administrative and Recruitment Affairs Organization of Iran signed on Tuesday the executive program of the memo of understanding inked in Tehran last February aimed at broadening the administrative development and developing the human resources between the two countries.
According to the program signed by Administrative Development Minister Salam Safaf and the Assistant to the Iranian President and Head of the Organization for Public Administration and Employment Affairs, Maytham Latifi, the two sides cooperate in the domain of exchanging experiences and localizing knowledge to develop management and institutional performance measurement system.
Signing the executive program was preceded by a joint workshop between the two sides, in which the assistant ministers and directors of administrative development in the public authorities participated.
Latifi, during the workshop, presented a working paper in which he reviewed the steps to achieve administrative development in Iran and the adoption of nomination and evaluation systems and their impact on human resources performance.
