Hossam al-Sayed appointed as Syrian national football team new coach

Damascus, SANA- The Syrian Arab Football Federation contracted Tuesday with the national coach, Hussam al-Sayyed for managing the Syrian national football team.

AL-Sayyed managed the national team for the WAFF Championship title in 2012, in addition to leading many Syrian teams at other international competitions.

He gained many titles, most notably winning the AFC Cup twice with the Iraqi team of Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya, and trained many other Arab teams.
