Moscow, SANA-The Russian Defense Ministry announced that it had recorded and taken into account for the future the official recognition of the deputy head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian military administration, General Vadym Skibisky , about Washington’s direct approval of each target of the Kyiv authorities before the strikes from the US HIMARS launcher systems.
“ Skibisky admitted during an interview with British journalists that before the missile launches, there are consultations between representatives of the intelligence services of both countries that allow Washington to stop any possible attacks if they are not satisfied with the intended target” Official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense, General Igor Konashenkov said in a press briefing.
Konashenkov added that all this proves conclusively that Washington, contrary to the statements of the White House and the Pentagon, is directly involved in the conflict in Ukraine and that the administration of President Joe Biden is directly responsible for all Kyiv-approved missile attacks on residential areas and civilian infrastructure facilities in Donbass towns and regions which caused the death of large numbers of civilians.
