Rehabilitation of Tweineh pumping station in al-Ghab area starts

Hama, SANA- Director of Water Resources in Hama, Eng. Tawfiq Saleh said that rehabilitation works of al-Tweineh pumping station in al-Ghab area started on Saturday with a cost of SYP 1.600 billion.

Eng. Saleh told SANA reporter that the rehabilitation will include all civil, electrical, mechanical and constitutional works and equipment of the station which has gone out of service since 2011.

The rehabilitation process came as part of an integrated project that includes Aphamia pumping station to improve the water situation in al-Ghab area, Eng. Saleh went on to say.
