Tehran, SANA- Syria’s Ambassador in Tehran, Shafiq Dayoub, discussed with Deputy of Judiciary and Head of the Iranian State Organization for Registration of Deeds and Properties Dr. Hassan Babaei, ways of cooperation on organizing the mapping of historical, cultural and religious places.
The two sides stressed the importance of bilateral cooperation and strengthening it in various fields, including organizing, surveying, planning, documenting and mapping religious, historical and cultural places and the frameworks regulating this in a manner that serves the reconstruction process in Syria.
Dr. Babaei expressed his country’s readiness to sign a memorandum of understanding with the Syrian side in the fields of intellectual property, urban and rural spaces, descriptive maps, company registration and real estate registry, holding training courses and transferring technology to the Syrian side.
In turn, the Syrian Ambassador highlighted the importance of exchanging expertise and technical experiences in the field of registry and real estate interests, which would open up other horizons for bilateral cooperation.
Dayoub said that enhancing scientific and technological research would contribute to supplying these vital areas with fruitful practical plans that positively reflect on development projects and infrastructure in the two countries.
