Moscow, SANA- The biological laboratories in Ukrainian areas pose threat to the global biological security, Anna Popova, Head of the Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare was quoted by RT Website as saying in statement.
Popova noted that what was revealed in the presence of army specialists confirms the biological danger of those laboratories, stressing that all recent statements- that claim the laboratories are in the benefit of Ukrainian people- are false and absolutely untrue.
Earlier, the Pentagon had affirmed the existence of those laboratories, saying that the US, over the past twenty years, had supported 46 laboratories and diagnostic centers for diseases in Ukraine under the pretext of peaceful purposes, a thing that Russia has repeatedly refuted.
Chief of Russia’s radiation, chemical and biological protection force, Igor Kirillov, has stressed that the US continues to build its military biological capabilities through those laboratories.
