Prague, SANA- Player of the Syrian National Athletics team, Majd al-Din Ghazal qualified for 2022 world Athletics Championship to be held in the US, after he ranked first place in the World Athletics Championship in Czech Republic, after performing 224 cm in the high jump competition.
Earlier this month, Ghazal won the third place in high jump competitions at Czech Ostrava Athletics Forum within the World Challenge Championship series after his performance of 224 cm.
Ghazal has gained several medals at international championships as he gained a gold medal at Asian Athletics Championship in Doha, and he came first in the world rankings, in addition to winning a silver medal at Rome Forum, a gold medal at Challenge League championship in Bratislava, and a gold medal at the Mediterranean Games in Tarragona in Spain, and a bronze medal at Asian Games in Indonesia.
