Damascus, SANA – Syrian and Iraqi businessmen signed contracts worth USD 100 million during the activities of “Syria Mod Baghdad” being held in Baghdad.
Syria Mod Baghdad Exhibition for ready-made garments showcased exhibits of 110 Syrian companies and 162 Syrian industrialists amid a remarkable Iraqi trade and popular turnout.
“Four more exhibitions of food, agriculture, engineering and veterinary medicine are set to be organized in Baghdad during next March, April, May and June,” Mazen Hamour Secretary of the Exporters Federation said in a statement Tuesday.
Hamour added that his federation is looking forward to exporting Syria’s products to different world markets in cooperation with industrialists and tradesmen.
