Minister of Defense attends live-ammunition drill at a military post

Damascus, SANA-Defense Minister Major Gen. Ali Abbas, accompanied by several senior officers, attended live-ammunition drill at a military post.

The drills included various shooting events, mountain and city warfare, close combat, various aerial and combat shows using helicopters along with rocket launch, air drops, parachute training with the participation of Russian military trainers.

The drill witnessed also a review of military equipment.They were attended by the commander of the Russian forces operating in Syria, accompanied by senior Russian officers
