Terrorist explosion in al-Kallaseh area in Damascus condemned

Beirut, SANA_ Lebanese Foreign Ministry condemned Monday the terrorist explosion in al-Kallaseh area in Damascus which killed a number of people, most of them Lebanese visitors.

On Sunday, six people were killed and 24 others were injured when terrorists blew up an explosive device placed in a bus in al-Kallaseh area near al- Hamidiyeh market in Damascus city.

The ministry offered its condolences to the families of the victims and hope speed recovery for the wounded

Earlier Sunday, Lebanese Hezbollah Party condemned the terrorist explosion.

“The explosion is part of a series of bombings that targeted visitors in Syria and civilians in Iraq and the prayers in Pakistan, claiming the lives of scores of martyrs,” Hezbollah said in a statement on Sunday.

For its part, Lebanese Amal Movement condemned the terrorist explosion calling for unifying efforts for confronting all forms of Takfiri terrorism and preventing it from implementing their terrorist schemes.

In a relevant context, Leader of Akkar Popular Assembly, (At-Tajamo’ al-Shaabi al-Aakari) Wajih el-Ba’arini condemned the terrorist explosion which took place in Damascus, asserting that it is a “Zionist intelligence’s operation”.

A lot of Lebanese figures also denounced the criminal act, affirming that Israel and its tools in the region were behind it.
