Russia: Fire erupts in a military installation in the Belgorod border region

Moscow, SANA- Authorities of the Russian Belgorod region, bordering Ukraine, announced on Sunday that a fire had erupted in a site belonging to the Ministry of Defense.

The region’s governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov, affirmed on his Telegram channel today, according to Russian media, that “the site where the fire broke out is located at the administrative borders of three municipalities, namely, Borisovsky, Belgorod and Yakovlevsky regions,” noting that work is underway to verify the Information about injuries and damages.

Gladkov said that all special services are working on the site, while taking all required measures to ensure the security and safety of rescue teams and citizens, adding that more details about the accident will be revealed at a later time .
