Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will rise to become around average or slightly lower as the country is affected by a shallow high air pressure accompanied by western currents in the upper parts of the atmosphere.
The Meteorological Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the weather will be moderate, and the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general.
The wind will be northerly to northeasterly with a low to moderate speed, and the sea waves will be low to medium in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some major cities will be as follows: Damascus 23 / 11, Homs 19 / 7, Tartous 22 / 12, Lattakia 22 / 10, Aleppo 19 / 7, Daraa 25 / 9 and Quneitra 19 / 9.
