Moscow, SANA- The Russian Defense Ministry announced the destruction of a large fuel base in the vicinity of Klevan town in the Ukrainian province of Rovno, with high-precision winged air missiles yesterday evening.
The Ministry added that fuel was being supplied from this base to Ukrainian equipment on the outskirts of Kyiv.
During the night the air defense forces of the Russian Aerospace Forces shot down 3 Ukrainian drones, and the tactical operational aviation destroyed 68 Ukrainian military installations, including 3 command centers and 4 anti-missile defense systems, including 3 1 Buk M1 model, 1 OSA model, 1 radio station, 5 rocket launchers, 2 ammunition depots, 3 fuel and lubricant depots, 19 combat equipment staging sites and fortified posts, the ministry’s spokesman, Major General Igor Konashenkov said in a press briefing today.
Konashenkov said that since the start of the Russian special operation in Ukraine, 123 aircraft, 74 helicopters, 311 drones, 1,738 tanks and other armored vehicles, 181 rocket launchers, 726 field guns and mortars, as well as 1,592 special military vehicles have been shot down.
