President al-Assad issues law on real estate fees

Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad issued on Sunday Law No.6 for 2022 on amending fees of real estate transfer and registration from 30% to 10% .

The law reduces the fees included in the percentage of cash contribution to support the sustainable development.
