Tehran, SANA- Syria’s Ambassador in Tehran, Dr. Shafik Dayoub, stressed the importance of Iran’s participation in the 3rd conference for the rebuilding of Syria, under the motto “Prospects and Vision of Investment”, to be held in Damascus next June.
This came during a meeting with the Iranian-Syrian Common Chamber of Commerce, Kiwan Kashifi and the Secretary-General of the Chamber, Hassan Shamshady.
During the meeting Dayoub said that the 3rd conference of rebuilding Syria will constitute an important opportunity for Iranian companies to provide their services and products in many fields and to participate in the reconstruction of what have been destroyed by terrorism.
The Ambassador hailed the new investment law in Syria as it offers many exemptions from customs duties and others, and it added guarantees for the investors to facilitate their work and create the supportive investment environment to attract the foreign capital.
