Damascus, SANA- With the participation of Syria, the qualifiers for the third phase of the International Informatics Olympiads in Teams (IIOT) for 2022, organized by Italy “remotely”, was held on Saturday to determine the qualified teams for the final competitions.

The Syrian participation in this Olympiads began on Jan. 29th through an open local competition for school teams with informatics, the first phase of which was held “remotely” amid a competition between 82 teams who participated from their provinces, and 18 teams qualified for the second phase, as their competitions were held in the same way and the seven mentioned teams succeeded in qualifying for this stage.
