Abu Dhabi, SANA- Syrian tennis player Karim Allaf and his Zimbabwean colleague qualified for the semi-finals of the under-18 doubles competitions of the 7th Fujairah International Tennis Championship which is being held at the United Arab Emirates.
More than 32 international tennis players are participating in the championship.
In the quarter-finals, Allaf and his Zimbabwean colleague defeated the Indian doubles 7/6 and 6/3 to qualify for the semi-finals which will be held today.
Allaf will also play in the quarter-finals of the under-18 singles competitions as he will play a match with Egyptian tennis player Ali al-Zaghloul.
Allaf has been recently classified by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) as 195th internationally.
