Syria’s national football team ties with Chinese counterpart in a friendly match

Abu Dhabi, SANA –  Syria’s national football team tied with Chinese counterpart in a friendly match which was held Thursday in UAE as preparation for the coming decisive round of 2022 World Cup qualifiers in Qatar.

Mohamad al-Marmour scored for Syria in the 26^th minute of the game while China scored the equalizer in the overtime of the first half.

The friendly match comes ahead of Syria’s game with South Korea on October 7^th  and with Lebanon on October 12^th.
