Deir Ezzor, SANA- The base of the American occupation in Koniko gas field in Deir Ezzor eastern countryside was targeted with a shelling attack on Tuesday evening.
Local sources in Deir Ezzor told SANA reporter that an American occupation base in Koniko gas field in the eastern countryside was targeted with two rocket shells, and it was not confirmed whether the attack caused injuries or deaths among the occupation troops.
The sources indicated that the US occupation forces closed the area immediately, while the occupation planes were hovering over the area.
The bases of the American occupation in al-Omar oil and Koniko gas fields in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor were subjected to several missile attacks during the past month.
