Temperatures around average, thundershowers expected

Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will slightly rise as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.

Meteorology Department, in its Wednesday bulletin, expected that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy with a little chance for thundershowers, especially in the northwesterly, central and al-Jazeera regions, while the weather will be misty and hot in the eastern and al-Badia regions.

The wind will be westerly to southwesterly with a low to moderate speed with active gusts in the inland areas.

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 35/22, Daraa 36/21, Homs 34/21, Hasaka 40/24, Tartous 34/24, Aleppo 36/23, Idleb 35/22, Deir Ezzor 40/26.
