Damascus, SANA- Temperatures continue to rise to become from 4 to 7 above average, as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the southeastern direction and accompanied by southwesterly air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
In its Monday bulletin, Meteorology Department expected that the skies will be clear in general and the weather will be hot, misty and very hot in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badia (semi-desert) regions.
The wind will be westerly to southwesterly with a low to moderate speed, and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in many Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 38/21, Daraa 36/20, Homs 38/22, Hasaka 45/30, Tartous 32/21, Idleb 35/23, Deir Ezzor 44/30.
