Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will remain from 3 to 6 degrees above average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the southeast and accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department, in its Sunday bulletin, expected that the skies will be clear and the weather will be hot in general with some scattered clouds.
The wind will be westerly to southwesterly with a low to a moderate speed, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 37/20, Daraa 36/20, Homs 36/21, Hasaka 40/23, Tartous 31/22, Aleppo 37/22, Deir Ezzor 42/25.
