Worldwide coronavirus death toll reaches about 100 thousand persons in a week

Capitals, SANA- World Health Organization (WHO) announced on Wednesday that more than 93,000 persons passed away by coronavirus during last week in an increase by 6% over the previous week.

In its turn, Johns Hopkins American University said that the total number of worldwide infections in coronavirus increased up to more than 153,9 million cases and the total number of deaths to 3,2 million.

The Us still tops the most affected countries of the virus in term of fatality as it has recorded 578,407 deaths, meanwhile the infections have amounted to 32,510,922.

Brazil comes second with 411,588 deaths out of 14,856,888 infections, while India comes in the third place with 222,408 deaths out of 20,282,833 infections and Mexico comes fourth in terms of deaths as it has registered 217,740 out of 2,352,964 infections.
