A civilian martyred, another injured in blast of landmine left behind by Daesh terrorists, north Palmyra

Palmyra, SANA- A civilian was martyred and another was injured in blast of  a landmine left behind by Daesh terrorists at Bowera site, Jabal Abu Rajmein road, north of Palmyra.

SANA reporter in Palmyra stated that a 32- year- old civilian was martyred and another 35- year- old was injured on Monday in a land mine explosion, left behind by Daesh terrorist organization, while they were searching for truffles at Bowera site, 40 km north of Palmyra city.

Director of General Authority for Palmyra National Hospital, Dr. Walid Odeh, said in a statement to SANA reporter that the hospital received a man with severe wounds and fractures, and his left leg was amputated as a result of the mine explosion, indicating that he was admitted to Homs hospitals after he received  the necessary first aid.
