Damascus, SANA- Syria is being affected by a low pressure in upper layers of the atmosphere accompanied by a cold air mass as the weather will be between partially cloudy and cloudy and rainfalls will continue while the temperature will remain around average or slightly lower.
The Meteorology Department expected rainfalls will gradually expand to cover all areas and they will be heavy and accompanied by thunder sometimes and mixed with snow in the mountains whose height is over than 1,500 meters.
The wind will be southwestern with a slow to moderate speed and the height of waves will be from medium to high.
Tomorrow, the weather will be from partially clear to partially cloudy and frost is expected over mountains while fog is expected in inland areas.
Rainfalls over the past 24 hours were registered as follows: 11 mm in Hama, 11,9 mm in Lattakia, 3 mm in Tartous, 3 mm in Aleppo , 2,7 mm in Idleb and 1 mm in Homs.
