Hasaka, SANA-The US occupation-backed QSD militia has continued to kidnap young men in the areas of its deployment and to forcibly recruit them among its ranks as an armed group of the militia stormed on Wednesday al-Nashwa al-Gharbyia neighborhood in Hasaka City and kidnapped a number of young men and forced them to go to camps affiliated to the militia.
Local sources told SANA that “armed groups affiliated with QSD militia have raided a number of houses in al-Nashwa al-Gharbyia neighborhood in Hasaka City to kidnap young men and take them to the militia’s camps.”
The sources added that QSD gunmen opened heavy fire after they cordoned off the neighborhood to disperse the locals who gathered to prevent them from kidnapping their sons which pushed the militia to bring reinforcements to complete the campaign of raids and kidnapping.
On Monday, the QSD militia kidnapped more than 100 young men in Raqqa City and its southwestern countryside to force them to join the so-called “self-defense duty.”
