Temperatures around average, rain expected over coastal and northern areas

Damascus, SANA- Temperatures remain around average or slightly higher as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied with western air currents in the upper layers of atmosphere.

Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the skies will be partly cloudy in general to cloudy sometimes over the coastal and northern areas and al-Jazeera, while rain is expected over the coastal and western areas.

The winds will be southwesterly of moderate speed, with active gusts exceeding their speed 5 km / h, while the sea waves will be low in height.

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 15/6, Daraa 15/6, Homs 14/5, Lattakia 13/17, Aleppo 14/4 and Deir Ezzor 16/6.
