Temperatures above average, skies partly cloudy

Damascus, SANA-Temperatures will remain from 3 to 5 degrees above average as the country is affected by a superficial high air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.

Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general, while at night, the weather will be cold, warning against frost over the mountains and fog over the southern and inland regions.

The wind will be easterly to northeasterly with a low speed, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude.

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows:

Damascus 17/9, Daraa 17/6, Homs 18/5, Hasaka 17/4, Tartous 22/16, aleppo 18/4, Deir Ezzor 20/5.
