Damascus, SANA- Temperatures remain above average from 3 to 5 degrees as the country is affected by a slightly superficial high air pressure accompanied by south westerly currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Saturday bulletin that the weather will be cloudy to partly cloudy with a slight opportunity of rain showers over several regions in the country, especially the northwestern regions and it will be cold at night, warning against the formation of frost especially in the mountainous heights.
The wind will be eastern to north eastern between low to moderate and active above the coastal highlands and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperature in Damascus will be 17/9, in Lattakia 21/12 and Aleppo 17/4.
