Warsaw, SANA-Polish businessmen and corporate managers who have been to Damascus lately called on businessmen to invest in Syria and not take their cue from the United States or France.
The Polish delegation, who visited Damascus between November 24-26, reviewed during a press conference the positive outcomes of their visit to Syria.
Prof. Artur Rublyovsky who led the Polish delegation described the visit as “very successful” in terms of the organization, meetings andtalks held with Syrian officials and businessmen.
Commenting on the security situation in Damascus that some media outlets tend to portray as destabilized, he said that it is “very good” contrary to reports that claim otherwise.
Chargé d’affaires of the Syrian embassy in Poland Idris Mayya underlined the importance of reciprocal visits of the two countries’ officials for enhancing bilateral relations.
Mayya disparaged the “negative role” of the Turkish government in the crisis in Syria and its sustained support for terrorist organizations, as well as Israel’s overt backing for these organizations which have recently mounted an attack against two safe areas in Damascus countryside.
Israel has recently launched an aggression against al-Dimas and near Damascus international airport, which has elicited condemnation from Syrian communities abroad, including in Poland.
