Moscow, SANA- Head of the Spiritual Assembly of Muslims of Russia, Moscow’s Mufti Albert Krganov condemned the crime committed by the terrorist groups in Syrian in support and protection of their foreign sponsors and funders, including the terrorist explosion which targeted Sheikh Mohammad Adnan Afyouni , Mufti of Damascus and its countryside.
In a statement to SANA reporter in Moscow via video, Mufti Krganov pointed out that the martyrdom of Sheikh Afyouni is a painful event and a big loss for everybody, indicating that those who commit these heinous acts are violating all ethical and spiritual laws.
Offering his condolences to the Ministry of Awqaf (Religious Endowments), the Syrian people and the family of Sheikh Afyouni, Krganov said that the Russian Muslims will continue their prayers for the return of peace and stability to Syria.
