Coronavirus kills more than one million people worldwide

Capitals, SANA- The Novel Coronavirus has claimed the lives of more than one million and 171,000 people around the world since it has appeared last December, according to Worldmeters website.

The website said that the total number of infections worldwide reached till today 44,252,677, while the deaths reached 1, 171,479, cases, and the recovered were 32,447,505.

In this context, the headquarters of the anti-Corona virus operations in Russia announced that it has registered16,202 new cases, including 3670 cases in the capital city of Moscow, bringing the total number of infections to 1563976 cases.

While in Syria, Health Ministry announced that the total number of Coronavirus infections registered in the country till now has reached at 5528, out of which 1821 ones have recovered while 275 others have passed away.
