Damascus, SANA-Temperatures will remain from 2 to 3 degrees above average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the southwest and accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Tuesday bulletin that the weather will be moderate and the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general while the weather will be misty in the eastern and al-Badia “semi-desert” regions, and at night the weather will be relatively cold, particularly over the mountains.
The wind will be easterly to southeasterly with a low to moderate speed and it will become active in the inland regions and over the coastal mountains while the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 30/18, Daraa 31/18, Homs 34/16, Lattakia 31/22, Aleppo 31/17 and Deir Ezzor 33/18.
